The wines of Maîtres Vignerons de la Presqu’île se Saint-Tropez at Provence in the City Chicago
You’ll sleep better tonight knowing there is a Center for Rosé Research. Where else but Provence? The center provides training, educational materials, conferences & tastings in support of the rosé-making community. One of the center’s prime resources includes the Provence Rosé Color Scale. While the divinely gorgeous coloring seems arty and inspiring, there’s actually an objectivity to the coloring. The shades are references for consumers & professionals. Officials color names, in English, include: Red Currant, Peach, Grapefruit, Melon, Mango & Tangerine.
